REbuilding together:
Seeks contractors who share our values and want to support our mission of preserving affordable housing and ensuring that our neighbors live in safe homes
Pays fair market prices for all their work
Prioritizes timely payment and effective communication when working with contractors
ContractoRs:
Must supply proof of general liability and workers comp insurance
Must supply a W9 and contractors or business license
Must be willing to coordinate project scheduling and logistics with Rebuilding Together
